Description As cancer treatment comes to an end, you may wonder what foods you should be eating. It may be time to develop new lifestyle behaviors in regards to nutrition and physical activity. Join us for a discussion group on the importance of nutrition and physical activity in cancer recovery and prevention.

This month I will prepare a seasonal vegetables recipe that would be a healthy addition to your holiday meal, as well as a new way to prepare standard vegetables. I will also bring a healthy dessert to try.

Open to patients & family members of the Berman Cancer Institute at GBMC. Light refreshments will be served.
