Cancer Survivor's Guide to Nutrition: Cooking Demonstration

Do you get confused by all the talk of eating healthy?

Do you hear about weird sounding foods that you have no idea how to prepare?

This month I will have a cooking demonstration for cooking with Swiss Chard.  I will provide education on why greens and other ingredients in the recipe are healthy and beneficial. You will get a chance to taste the recipe and go home with a few recipes to try on your own.

When: October 24 at 6:30 pm
Where: Conference Center in Physicians Pavilion East
Lite fare, refreshments are served
A parking pass is provided.

Open to patients and family members of the Sandra and Malcolm Berman Cancer Institute, Breast Center, and Milton J. Dance Head and Neck Center.
